Formal night last night. Enjoyed our happy hour. Second group on
cruise from Ft. Lauderdale to Ft. Lauderdale mostly all very
unadventurous Americans (who wanted a cruise with short flights each
way and mindless--but nice--itinerary). No one special to talk to, but
I'm not complaining. Lactose issues more than resolved, actually dealt
with very very well now. Problems with confusion with gluten (not
glutton-free by any means) free all fixed, and spectacular pastries
and desserts more than adequate. Just spent a half hour with the Hotel
Director discussing a large matter of fun topics as we watched the
troubled waters in the pool bounce some of the guests (in a good way)
around. Fantastic cruise on my favorite of the Silverseas fleet. More
later....
